The level of service from Benjamin and Jamie was far better than I could have ever expected. Benjamin arrived at my house to diagnose why I didn’t have any heat within 45 minutes of my first phone call, on a holiday. He was very professional and offered a fair diagnoses to repair, or replace, my furnace at a price far below my expectation. I was up and running with a new furnace the next afternoon. I’ve called on the big companies with the big ads in the past and never felt good about the end result. I trusted Benjamin from the moment he walked in my door and felt all along he had my best interest in mind. Do yourself a favor and call these guys! You will be glad you did!

Benjamin did an outstanding job, he was professional, very knowledgeable, efficient and an absolute pleasure to work with!!
He came on a Saturday morning in inclement weather (snowing), he had a great attitude & demeanor, did an excellent job diagnosing the issue, we discussed options for resolving the issue. Benjamin was very proficient with performing the repair, verifying the system was functioning properly and thoroughly cleaned up the work site area!!
His pricing was very fair!!
I’m very thankful my neighbor across the street suggested him, I will be doing the same for anyone who needs HVAC repairs or service!

Have used Tonville for years for hot water heaters and furnace and AC repairs and replacements. Just last week they replaced a hot water heater on a Saturday. Really appreciated that fast response !
Always confident we get the best systems because Ben and Jamie know what to recommend. These guys are honest, dependable, and helpful. Quality installations, very good warranties, and they stand behind their work.

Amazing team! We were in need of a new AC unit and they came out to see what would work best. We came to the conclusion a Heat Pump would be the best fit for our needs. The team took care of getting everything set up and once ready to install they came out and got it done in no time. They made sure we had all the information and everything we needed and did not leave till we felt comfortable with the heat ump.

We just hit some really cold weather and the heat pump was supposed to switch the the secondary heating setting (AKA) the furnace and it was not kicking on. Benjamin was able to make it out and figure out the issue and took care of it quickly. We are so happy not only the product and the installation but with the customer service and communication. Highly recommend this company.

I have had very good experiences with Tonville HVAC in the past, but this time it wasn't as satisfying as previous service calls. It wasn't bad, but it took longer than expected. And due to the longer service call the cost was correspondingly high. The quality of work was decent, but the final fit of the update seemed like it could be better. I will continue to use Tonville HVAC, but hope future experiences are as satisfying as past service calls.
